I live in a subdivision where lots are 2+ acres and minimum square footage is 2000 sqft. Neighbors on both sides that I 've tried being friendly with are both born and bred shitkicking southerners. The only friends in my neighborhood are northern transplants and they generally live here for a couple years and escape.
