Learn to reset your modem. I figured out a pretty quick way to do it thanks to constantly having my posts wiped because I had a wrong opinion about food. I put in a shortcut on my browser to the MAC address page on my router, reset that, hit apply, then as it's rebooting, use a multitool to reset my cable modem. By the time both have rebooted I'm back in business.
Back in the day I used to just find somewhere else to shitpost until the ban expired, but the mod made it personal and started with these ridiculous 30 day bans because wrong opinions about food, so if you fail to evade the ban and continue posting with barely any interruption, you're letting him win.

if you connect via a router you can easily change your static ip
go to 192.168.1.1 (or whatever your routers ip is) and edit the mac address. the last two digits need to be a new number. if its set at, say, 23, changing it to 24 will assign you a new ip.

Depends on the cable modem, on mine you need to do a 30/30/30 reset on the cable modem (hold down the reset button with something like a miniature screwdriver for 30 seconds, then continue holding while unplugging, then continue holding after plugging back in)
