Well actually most of the studies have people who already eat some cholesterol (literally all other people but vegans eat cholesterol) and theres a logarithmic curve how dietary cholesterol affects your serum cholesterol. If you already consume a few hunded mg's per day, then any added cholesterol isn't going to do much. However, if you cut out all dietary cholesterol, we see a reduction in serum cholesterol.

Ive been eating 4 eggs average a day for the past 2 years and get bloodwork and lipid profile checked every year for 5 years now and all my levels have been in the healthy range every time.
