You get a wider spectrum of flavor that way because there are varying ratios of pasta and sauce each mouthful. It's less boring to eat than when it's all uniformly mushed together with the same flavor intensity all throughout.
It's easy to mix it up on your plate if you want to. Unmixing is impractical.
Don't have one meal per se, as I like allmost all kinds of foods. Then agsin, why would I make meals I dont like?
It's not about mixing user. When you combine them in a frying pan and toss, the noodles absorb the sauce and become much tastier.
