I was driving in the southern limits of our main city and I had to go through a few nignog hoods to get to the street I needed to and there were dozens of 16-30+ men just standing on their porches and hanging around every business surrounding it while smoking blunts/cigs and presumably drinking at about noon on a non-holiday Monday. The only other people I see loiter like that are illegals outisde of Home Depot/Lowes and homeless people or con artists panhandling.

A Little Caesars or 7-11 or other private business is not a public park, it's not there for hanging out and loitering and you better move along or you'll get tasered.

I live in a rural suburb of a Midwestern city that has a very high black population, and as someone who likes drugs, I've traveled from my upper middle class environment to the ghetto countless times, and spent plenty of time down there. I also used to live in Denver three blocks off of Colfax, which has no shortage of dindus. There would be people loitering outside of gas stations and liquor stores all the time, and not once did I feel unsafe walking into them, because it's a fucking public place, and I live in a society with rules and laws. They're not going to want to deal with the hassle that comes from attacking white people from the suburbs. It is most certainly unique to Detroit. I never questioned whether or not loitering happens, because it does, but feeling like you're going to get fucking robbed or killed by loiterers? That's either a result of paranoid delusion or living in Detroit.
