I love McDonalds so much. Both my parents worked there so I grew up eating nothing but McDoubles, Big Macs, and McChicken sandwiches. They had big plans for me so I quit school early to work for them. It was hard work but all worth it. I would never work anywhere else, just seeing people smile as they bite into a delicious McChicken brightens up my day. Both my parents are dead now and we held the funeral at McDonalds, where they would have wanted it. They were cremated in the fryer and their ashes were scattered in the parking lot.

I met my wife at McDonalds as well. I remember she ordered a Filet-O-Fish and diet coke and I knew she was the one. She loves McDonalds almost as much as me and we got married at McDonalds; I always remember cutting into our Big Mac, then we went on honeymoon in Branson, MO. The happiest days of my life. She's pregnant now and I'm so excited, I can't wait until my future son or daughter is old enough to learn the family trade and work for McDonalds.

Kroc was a total sleazebag, screwing over the brothers left and right, but the movie does show how the brothers were holding him and themselves back by being afraid of expansion after their earlier efforts to expand failed.
So you can see where Kroc is coming from when he wants to do better with the business, but it doesn't mince its message and make beatify him, either.
Also, Micheal Keaton playing a complete sleazy douche is so fun to watch.
