Living alone and food

What's the best food for the night, i i mean, doesn't make sense to eat something heavy but you gotta sleep at ease with the stomach. Any tips?

wat

I cook a big ass 4-5 serving meal on Sunday and save that shit to eat for the week. That way I don't have to eat take-out all the time and I don't have to buy ingredients every day of the week.

Eat two, I say two, chicken fried steak meals from Banquet

That's fucking gross.

Dinner and lunch all the same day by day? Seems to me i would get tired of that

What is the whitey thing, rice soup? Also, heard these chicken steaks are pure condimented rubber

Eat dinner earlier.

i could make that from scratch in about half an hour for under $2

It's mashed potato

I doubt it fella, chicken fried steak isnt as simply as you think

Booze.

Homemade McRibs

it's pretty simple

I mix a few sunny side up eggs in with a bowl of rice at 10 pm pretty often.

I make either a vegetable and barley soup or a lentil stew. I serve it with freshly made flatbread, along with a tray of olives, cheese, and hummus.

It's pretty boring, but still satisfying. Only costs a couple of bucks a meal.

jesus dude...

Just dinner. I either buy something from a nearby place or make something beforehand to take with me in tupperware.

That's not chicken fried steak, idk what that is

Light meat or fish (no red meat in the evening), a green (a salad, vegetables, whatever) and whatever the fuck you want. Bread, rice, grains, pasta, whatever.

Or a soup.

Have a couple of oatcakes with some cheese.

I like fruit at night. Not too much, though - the sugar will turn to carbs and could make you uncomfortable.

Also, something like PB&J
