What are some fast cooking meats that i can put along with my noodles, so that all i have to do is put boiling water on it and it cooks along with the noodles?
Im thinking dehydrated meat but i dont know where i can get hold of that stuff.
Also would prawns work?
Also what are some spices to make it taste better? (asides from the seasoning that comes in the packet)

Buy a shitload of those different packages of dried fish and seafood at your asian market. Throw a couple handfulls into whatever soup or pasta dish you're making. Excellent protein and calcium with very little trouble.

Slightly unrelated to the question, but have you tried making Chinese hotpot before? It's literally having a boiling pot of water sitting on your table as you throw thinly sliced raw meats and vegetables into it. Cooks really quick but it's slow to set up and serves many people.
