i opened one of the cans. it was full of these skinny, can-length sausages that I had to dig out of an orange sludge. it was very slippery. now i don't know what to do with them.

but that's the problem. i don't know how to cook this kind. i've only ever used mexican style chorizo (out of vacuum sealed plastic) where i chopped a chunk off the link, split it out of the casing, and browned it in a skillet like pic.

i love shitty processed meat: spam, vienna sausages, potted meat, etc.
