i'm not joking when i say the only way i ever eat eggs is scrambled.

Coconut oil. It gives eggs a whole different flavor.
Personally I separate the whites and the yolk, cook the whites until having a nice crispy edge. Then turn off the heat, and let it rest for about a minute, throw the yolk on top of the whites and let it lightly cook from the residual heat.

I love scrambled eggs. I cook them the way gordon ramsay makes them in his youtube videos but i use way less butter then him (1/4 of what he uses in the beginning and i finish with some cheese to stop the cooking process).

When i fry them i use olive oil, put in eggs, medium to low heat, never flip, season with salt, pepper and sometimes cumin, add some cheese (dutch cheese) on top

crack 2 egg
smack yolk to shit with spatula
flip half way through
flip twice more
serve with salt n pepper
then to my belly

I like to use as small a nonstick as possible.
Heat olive oil. Crack fresh eggs. Cook until crispy edged, can spoon over the oil if I want...I like over easy, so I flip them for a moment at the end.
Serve over toast or with toast. The crustier and better the bread as possible. I'm fond of rye.

I have one of those really small pans. For it, I fashioned a lid (never found a lid commercially available for it).
I spread a tiny drop of olive oil in the bottom of the pan
Then I put two medium eggs in.
I cook on medium heat until the top of the eggs are solid enough for flipping.
Flip the egg and add just a breath of white pepper.
Turn the heat off and let the egg cook through.

It comes out the perfect size for sandwich bread.

Other times, I will saute mushrooms in olive oil and mix them in with the eggs for my sandwich.

I prefer a sandwich, but fried on the side is fine too.

i do this, but i like using a pressure cooker. more fun, and the shells seem to come off way easier

They're pretty nice boiled as well but I'm too lazy for that.

Scrambled with soy sauce added to the egg mixture. Learned it from my animu.
If I want runny yolks, I just poach an egg with a dash of vinegar in the microwave.
For special occasions I soft boil a few eggs, peel, and marinate in soy sauce and mirin overnight in the fridge. More animu wisdom.
For a change of pace, I bake an egg in a well-oiled ramekin in the toaster oven until opaque.

i like poached eggs and omlettes. the thing i hate though is figuring out whether an omlette is going to be golden, or if it's going to be too runny and undercooked when it comes out, but still have enough heat internally to cook itself fully on the plate.

In general, sunny side up is my go-to, the kind I eat most often.
But, like today, I made an omelette for breakfast. Love me some omelettes.

In general: usually softboiled or scrambled/omelette.

When frying, I either make them overeasy (oil or butter in a nonstick pan, spatula that releases eggs well), or sunny side up with a shot of water and a lid to steam the top of the eggs, rather than use more oil to baste them.

Bacon grease > butter > plant oils.

a fried egg isn't good in and of itself. you need something to soak up the yolk, and you risk snotty egg whites on top. find me some kind of freak that would eat a plain fried egg on a plate

a well made scrambled egg is moist and buttery, no snot, and you can eat it on its own

poached is probably superior but i don't have the equipment to make it easy and you need fresh eggs to keep the whites together
