Fresh mackerel filet. Grill for about 1 min. Thinly sliced beefheart tomato, sprinkled with thyme and seasalt. Grill for 1 min. Serve on lightly toasted sourdough, make a dressing with tapenade loosened with olive oil to spoon around.
