Chicken thread

is there any reason to ever eat any chicken other than chicken thighs (which are clearly the most tasty part)?

it has the best protein/$ ratio of all meats

because chicken breasts is healthier

Women really are the majority here.

Agreed. Also it has a suitable amount of fat that keeps it from drying out unlike chicken breasts.

I guess if you want to be paranoid about cobsuming fats and oils then you should go for the breasts, but thighs are superior cuts.

No. Stupid thread is stupid. Delete your account. Now.

can angry cunts please leave ck
this is nice board

Because you can't cook breasts for shit

Chicken breasts are for people who are hungry but don't know what to eat.

...

Just cooked up some garlic glazed seasoned thighs with rosemary and potatoes, mmmm

I do prefer white meat for my stews and steaming but nothing satisfies like thighs.

...

I'm a thighs man too. The bone is nice as well.

chicken breast is easier to cut into whatever shape you want to work with

if you wanna fry chicken tenders/fingers. thigh meat is too greasy and doesn't result in the product you want/expect

Chicken breast is better in dishes like Phở. I think it might be better in stirfries too.

I agree that thighs are better when grilling or something like that.

>get chicken thighs
>debone
>slice into smallish chunks
>make stir fried chicken with it

confirmed DYEL

Bodybuilding chicken is a meme you dolt.
Squat 425x5 then go eat carnitas until you pass out. Rip would be proud.

>he even puts the accent on pho

I seriously wonder how much protein you get on a daily basis

this. the amount of restaurants doing a "boneless buffalo fried chicken thigh sandwich" just make me want some wings or tendies.

and it seems all of them put ranch on their sandwich instead of blue cheese. really makes you ((think))

thighs are great if you know how to cook them.

Why the fuck would you care, fgt?
do you not think pork carnitas has protein?
do you not know that all animal protein is good for recovery?

Just give me a rough estimate of your height, weight, protein intake and lifts

This is true. Breast is as easy to dry out as chicken thighs are hard. You can burn at least one side of a chicken thigh and it will still be pretty joocy.

Also, my nigger. Chicken thigh is the best protein source for the money, imo.

It's super easy to overcook chicken thighs and dry them out but if you actually cook them properly they can be god tier. I love these chicken breasts and they always come out amazing.

>marinade chicken in Italian dressing for 12ish hours
>break out your trusty cast iron, sear chicken on one side, flip, and put in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
>let them rest for around 5 minutes

I've never had dry chicken breasts this way, they come out moist and delicious.

>high in protein
>crispy skin
>joosey meats
Why is it so cheap?
