Honestly, not bad. When I have a shit day at work and I want to sit down and have a whole tub of ice cream without going to hell it's a good fix, decent protein too not that this is a game changer.
Some of the flavors are a little off though and the texture can be annoying.

Personal favorite is the peanut butter cup, I've also enjoyed the black cherry and lemon varieties. I don't buy it too often so Im not a huge expert on the flavors, only one I really didn't like was birthday cake.
