Sardines, anchovie bones always get stuck in my throat, bugs the shit out of me.

If I recall correctly ectly, sardine is is a size and not a brand.

You can generally get fresh sardines or smelts (?) Gonna good fishmonger, they are supposed to he dope fried whole, or fried fileted ,with just some salt and pepper. One of the malt Mario episodes up on YouTube has them.

Mind you, they are still a small oily fish, so if you don't like the small oily fish-ness of ot, you still won't like em.

Don't anchovies and sardines come from the same fish?
