The oil that comes out of pepperoni is amazing. It's infused with all sorts of spices. Don't wipe that stuff away it's great.

If you make a frozen pizza you should blot it with a paper towel though, because that stuff is not fat or oil, it's water. And if you leave it there the pizza will get soggy as it cools.

>He doesn't make Hamburger Helper without meat

Grease doesn't add anything. I know it's kind of a meme to make fun of "nu males" making their fatty takeout less fattening, but it's as stupid as the previous one of making fun of fatties for ordering a diet coke with their super size.

Throwing good after bad isn't a justification, and blotting pizza usually makes it better in my opinion unless it's actually good pizza.

are there any good videos that show the best way to degrease a pizza?

Quit beating around the bush, mong.

>Grease doesn't add anything

grease weeping out of the cheese and pepperoni from a pizza doesn't really add anything in context but fat in general definitely adds a ton to any dish. fat carries flavor better than water - try making a meat based soup and compare a full-fat version to one that had all fat skimmed

more like
>he orders a shitty greasy pizza

Not even nigger fingers, doofus

Mexican or some other type.

t. hand specialist task force

>degreasing pizza

neger please

>he eats pizza

Way to much autism for one video.

If its delicious looking olive oil I keep, but most pizza slices I'll lift them and give them a moment to drip off. I generally don't bother to use a napkin.

>>he makes his pizza with shitty meats that require degreasing

pro tip: save the grease for scrambled eggs to go w/ cold pizza. excellent breakfast pairing.

ulillillia

The moment i realized this was actually a thing, a part of me died.

>This just in: oil seeps out of cheese when heated

this guy talks a little like butters

I tried this once and it tasted like poison.

I cant enjoy uli anymore because I added him on FB a year ago or so and he kept asking if he could visit me irl and it made me uncomfortable

>not eating his entire pizza when he gets it
reheating pizza is for plebs

For real. They give you a certain amount of sauce based on the assumption there'll be a pound of meat with the noodles. If you don't use hamburger, it's going to taste like overly-strong bullshit.

Are you a greasy female? Maybe he wanted to help you.

ew kys fatty

Cars need oil in their engines to lubricate and reduce friction.

The human body is much the same. We need oil in the form of grease to keep everything running smoothly.

>degrease
>grease
it's called Essence of Pizza

>If you make a frozen pizza
He means store bought, not reheating pizza that you ordered from a restaurant.

Protip: If there's a layer of grease engulfing the pizza, it's a shitty fucking pizza and you should eat at /order from elsewhere.

holy shit! i thought i was the only one who does this.

Cook some pasta, drain it, and put it on top of pizza. Separate the two and put other sauces on pasta for later.

The fact you have to degrease your pizza tells me alot about the low quality of your country.

the amount og grease you can physically remove is part of the undigested grease that just makes your shit smooth the day after.
The human body can't digest more than a limited amout of fat at a time, and in a pizza you far exceed this so unless you actually remove all the meat and cheese before cooking (so it doesn't spill in other ingredients, you are wasting time and paper

I find it hard to make fun of ulillillia simply because he tries so goddamn hard to overcome his ridiculous OCD and autism. He is about as handicapped as you can get and he still tries to live his life to the fullest.

>not letting him visit
>not playing his latest build of Platform Masters on with him on your dryer-sheet-covered keyboard while sharing a degreased 30lb pizza and Hamburger Helper without the hamburger

You're really missing out.

I'm a big pepperoni fan so I always blot because I put WAY too much 'roni on my pie and it turns into this greasy mass.

For non pepperoni I usually just tilt the slice to the side, let some of the grease drip off and then eat it. Makes me feel better about not ingesting maximum amounts of oil.
