Whats the best way to season a steak for grilling?

I like just salt and pepper (course ground) if I'm grilling, maybe a pat of herb butter. I just ate this t-bone and let my gf talk me into trying Montreal steak seasoning. It's okay but to me just s&p is better. Fucking dumb bitch
