Retard
A sandwich requires crisps, and the biscuit is for afterwards.
It's cheap, it doesn't spoil very quickly, although cookies go stale it's not as bad like it is with bread. And most people like them because they're full of sugar and salt.
Subway is cheap, but only because they don't put enough filling in the sandwiches. And it got the reputation of being healthier than other fast food places because losing weight while eating small sandwiches with hardly any filling and no dressing isn't surprising now, but I guess back then it was for most people. That helped them a lot, and made it so they didn't have to keep improving too much.
Skip the chips and just eat the sandwich as your meal and the cookie for something sweet later with some tea, you fucking retard
What kinda fucking retard doesn't eat a sandwich with chips? And the cookie is a dessert; not a side dish, you daffy twat.
I like to have a small serving of chips with sandwiches sometimes, but they're mostly empty carbs with a ton of salt and the serving sizes to go with a sandwich that already isn't healthy isn't really that good. I'm fine with not having chips too if the sandwich has enough crispy vegetables on it.
>talks about empty carbs
>is fine with eating bread
I'm not just eating bread with nothing on it though. If you were dipping chips into a healthy and nutritious dip that would be fine too, but most people don't do that. I usually prefer to have whole grains breads anyway, when I can get them, which are a bit healthier. If I make my own bread I usually make it with milk too for a nutrition boost.
most of this is untrue
