Short rib meat. S&P on the outside, pan-seared. The outside of the patty should have a firm crust, the inside should be medium-rare or medium. Two slices of processed cheese melted over the patty.
Brioche buns, browned in the drippings left over from cooking the patty.
Two 1/4lb patties, pepperjack melted on each, horseradish spread, dijon mustard, toasted bun. I like it simple.

>sesame bun, untoasted but fresh >beef burger, not super thick like the amerilards and memesters like them >applewood smoked cheese melted on top >thinly sliced red onion >lettuce >pickles >mayo/ketchup blend on top and bottom buns
alternative: >no pickles/mayo-ketchup sauce >add bacon and BBQ sauce
