If you're not setting the hours just suck it up faggot. If you are, politely tell them the kitchen is closed. I will never understand the people who bitch about this, having worked in a real restaurant for years, this happened regularly and it's just part of the territory. My girlfriend would complain about this constantly even though she only worked at an ice cream shop. Had to stop myself from rolling my eyes everytime she bitched about having to work 10 extra minutes or reclean something. Get the fuck over it or find a new job nigger, you already know most customers are breathing, walking, trash people.

I think restaurants should have a closing time and a kitchen closing/ordering time. That way people know when to not show up and order last second, but if they do it at that point then theres still time to work on it.
