There are four types of people who are not fat:

There are four types of people who are not fat:

1) Someone who does massive amounts of physical activity each day, like athletes or manual labor
2) Some people under 25 who can still eat what they want all the time and don't gain weight
3) People who are sick
4) Those who struggle each day to basically starve themselves and avoid delicious meals

Which one are you, ck? Me? Yeah, a 4.

5) People who only eat every other day

literally me

2 but I'm 31

Do amerilards really believe this? Hahahaha holy shit

6) People who know how to eat in moderation.

These are basically the same, and I'd count myself as part of that group. Eat one great meal a day, fill the rest with coffee. Easy.

>Which one are you, ck?
None of the above.

6) People who find eating to be an annoying distraction from work and recreation, and therefore spend as little time as possible doing it.

I might sit down at a big meal or order a bunch of food at a restaurant but the moment that I am no longer feeling hunger I will stop eating so I can get back to doing something more interesting.

And exercise a little with simple, basic activities/have hobbies that involve a small amount of exercise.

Literally all you have to do to not be fat is eat regular portions of food, limit the ammount of junk food in your diet, and get off your ass for at least an hour a day.

what the fuck are you doing on Veeky Forums then?

I guess you're simply memeing but I can't even tell anymore. This bitch is just fat.

GIBES ME DAT AZZZZZ!!!!!

Stomach Shriner, I'm this too. I only really desire one solid meal a day and I'm good for about 30 hours.

It varies though. I always pick a large breakfast, lunch or dinner but never all of them. I don't get down on people who eat three meals a day though as I'm not a large man and likely require less caloric intake on a day to day basis.

>memeing
Retard.

Ironically, I love cooking, and it's a major hobby of mine. I just don't like spending all that much time *eating*.

You have the metabolism of a turtle apparently

Nyet. Eat reasonable, go to the gym 3 times a week and way past 25. I still drink acohol excessively too.

U dont have to do much activity. If you lift for 30 mins 4× a week after a few years your muscle mass will consume lots of calories. If i dont force feed myself i lose weight

>uses Veeky Forums
>can't into memes

Who is the real retard here?

>GIBES ME DAT AZZZZZ!!!!!

You, son.
You.

I'm a mix of the first three.

>this is what /pol/ is mad at

>4) Those who struggle each day to basically starve themselves and avoid delicious meals

All you gotta do is abstain from fat, cook your own food, and don't snack, and You'll be fine. I'm thin and I don't do anyting special. In fact I eat a lot, but it's all carbs

Even 2Pac goes whale hunting sometimes...

The way he's holding her belly... Is she...? She can't possibly be...

No way, OP. I fall under none of those, and I'm not some uncommon case. They just don't teach people about nutrition and proper diet in some places, especially where I'm from. Both my mom and I were fat because we didn't know how to not eat like shit. We both basically stumbled on learning about good eating when we got sick of being murrica.jpg

She's just fucking fat. Even with his BBC Tyrone couldn't possibly penetrate far enough through the folds to reach her vagina.

Sure thing, daddy-o.

i can only assume he lost a bet and had to do this

Is this bad bait? I go jogging twice a week and that's enough for me to stay in shape while eating delicious food

4, reporting in. Technically you can eat all the salad you want and not be starving. If you know how to make a good salad with roasted veg, Israeli cous cous, seasoned and chilled quinoa, and small amounts of the right cheeses, dressings, honey, and lean protein its not even half bad.

But that stuff I time consuming or expensive.

Such I the plight of a 4.

You must be illiterate

Yeah, you guys don't understand what a 4 is. We are always hungry, and more than likely, addicted to sugar 4 lyf.

Id fuck her.

>Eat one great meal a day, fill the rest with coffee.

Same

>2) Some people under 25 who can still eat what they want all the time and don't gain weight
This is me, and you can go fuck yourself if you think this is good. Do you know how much I've spent on bulking foods, only to get jack fucking shit out of it? I'M TIRED OF BEING A LANKLET DAMMIT

Mostly 4, a little bit of 2.
I eat in moderation throughout the day, but at night I get hungry and eat entire sleeves of crackers with cheese, etc. And yes, I do drink a lot of water. I can bloat myself with water but still feel the need to eat something solid.

Does 4 mean not eating highly processed pre-packaged junk food or refined carbohydrates, but not being hungry every 3-6 hours because your blood sugar and hormone levels aren't whack? I guess I'm a 4.

What OP is describing is appetite.
Believe it or not, not everyone responds to eating food the way you do.

Some people will eat more, feel less full and become hungry sooner.
Conversely some people eat a little, feel very full and do not become hungry for longer.

People are different, get over it.

Definitely 2, but unlike a lot of people in this category I will recognise I do not have a big apetite and often struggle to eat as much as the people around me.

It's possible to eat delicious meals every day and not be fat. You just have to realize that plenty of delicious things aren't indulgent, so those are what you eat on a day to day basis. The problem with fatties is they think delicious means indulgent, and as such don't bother so much with delicious foods that don't happen to be indulgent.

This. Fatties are the pickiest people you'll ever meet. All they want is sugar, fat, carbs, and meat. To them vegetables, fruits, and nuts are 'gross' or even borderline inedible.

1 & 2. I'm a 19yo dishie/prep cook and after brunch shift i go to the gym into the evening and eat whatever i want.

Sorry, you're a 4.

i'm a 1. i used to be a 2 then i got old and fat and had to reevaluate my life

I'm not sick, over 25, and don't starve myself. I go running every odd day. It's honestly genetic. Some people just put on weight easier, and some people keep it off. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. No one cares about your excuses either way.

GOMAD + SS faggot

5) Do token amount of exercise and eat keto

Age 34 BMI 19

2. But my family is full of skinny people who eat whatever they want. My mom had never weighed more than 150lbs, even when pregnant.

On the note of 4, it's hilarious how people insist that not eating a lot = not being fat like body types don't exist.

7) People who can't afford food and have to binge dive into trashbins of supermarkets and restaurants for left-overs

Reasonable eating, and coming from a family of skinny people.
I'm pretty sure my family figures out how to metabolize butter properly.
