Okay, the salty spicy beefy pattyis balanced perfectly by the cheese and mayo and avocado. Then, a smack of suagry grape jelly tumbles around with the bun and holy SHIT is it perfect. Throw a single pickle chip in there and enjoy with a coca cola and jesus CHRIST are you having a good meal.

I've honestly never tried it. I made a burger with mustard greens, balsamic and pear, but that's the most I've gotten to something super sweet on a burger.

The only way to do a stovetop burger is to roll your meat into a ball and press it down with a meat press, onto hot butter and frying for 20-30 seconds a side. you get an incredible crust on the burgers.
