It works if you use 80/20 beef and regular ground pork butt. I'd give it a little extra cook time to let the fat mend, but the breadcrumbs sauce and everything else would be exactly the same to recipe...or however you like to cook it.

My girlfriend when nuts for it when I made it that way, to the point where she took it to work to give it to her friends. If you've never tried it, try it...I'm sure there's an army of recopies online if you Bing It or Ask Jeeves.
