I actually cooked a steak perfectly the other day
>froze them for an hour before cooking
>seared each side 3 minutes to lock in flavor
>finish in the oven
Prevents them from getting that grey ring where the meat gets tough and too chewy, perfect pink all thd way through.
Now I just need to perfect my use of seasoning

How do you uncultured plebs not know to sous vide your steak at 100 degrees for a couple hours and then throwing it on high heat for 15 second sear at about 600-700 degrees?
