He buys minced garlic in a jar
Fuck your couch. Sometimes I just want a spoonful of garlic without the drama.
It might be okay in stews and sauces sometimes, if it's preserved with vinegar. I once tried to put jarred chopped garlic on a pizza I was making and I could only taste whatever they used as a preservative, it was nasty.
>spoon full of garlic
My rule is, less than 30 minutes total cooking time: fresh, more than 30 minutes, jarred, powder, whatever.
It doesn't taste much like garlic. It's more like pickle relish.
>he peels his garlic
Never. A sacreligious abomination.
Yeah, it's pretty much the best way to stir fry
I own a garlic press. I cant tell the difference between the minced and fresh clove pressed.
