What's the perfect level of toast?
Perfect bread?
Perfect spread?
What's the best combination possible for toast?

who fucked up 3-5?
2 for sandwich
7 for breakfast
7
My usual toast:
Butter
Avocado
Ruccola
Cucumber
Tomato
Cream cheese
Cayenne pepper
Rolling
6
whitewheat
butter + strawberry jam
I dunno man I like what I like
None of those are how I like my toast
But it could also be because I never make toast without butter on the bread
I like the outside crisp but the inside soft/moist with the melted butter
Why is 3 lighter than 4 or 5?
And 6 is lighter than 7 and 8.
3 or 8. for me.
How much butter do you put on your toast so it won't brown?
Fresh out of the oven and not toasted.
>butter
>avocado
>cream cheese
jesus christ that's repetitive
Toaster oven
6 is objectively best. anything more than that and you're asking to get cancer
Toast should look like 3 on the outside, but still be soft on the inside. Modern Jewish toasters that are made for (((Bagels))) are too wide to correctly toast sliced bread, and result in dessicating the entire interior instead of creating true toast: a crispy golden outside with a soft warm inside.
It's a gradient
Oh.
That makes some sense, but why number them counterintuitively to the grade angle and conflict with the order of doneness? They should have used letters instead of numbers so it doesn't seem like there would be an order and just naming them by grid.
That numbering is fucked.
3 or 8
Butter and jam
It's desiccating
But I agree
>Modern Jewish toasters that are made for (((Bagels)))
Now I've seen everything
I'm confused about 6 and 7
2 or 7
3 our 7
and damn captcha gods that was a lot of squares to click.
Do you have OCD
I haven't been clinically diagnosed with it, but I do enjoy a good design.
>5 to 6 is a huge jump
>6 to 7 goes backwards
>8 is darker than 6
>3 is lighter than 4 and 5
It's been bothering me too user,
i can't look at OP image for too long
...
Toast is Meme Food and only autistic ppl eat it.
>meme food
Go away you fucking underage retard.
3 or 8 if toasting bread to make a sandwich. 2 if making just toast. The perfect topping for toast is Irish butter and Palmalito brand Guava Jelly (you can buy it at Publix).
Two or four.
Seedy wheat bread or wheat with flax or nuts.
Butter and cherry or fig preserves, or fig with almond butter.
All but 9 are fine. 1 and 6, however, are niche and require specific use or tastes. 9 is just regular goddamn bread.
