Shrimp

What should I make with this?

scampi

Mustard gas.

Shrimp and grits. Don't bother battering and deep frying them though, just pan sear them with Creole spices and then serve them on top of the grits with some cheddar.

How can you grow shrimp in a landlocked state?

Texas isn't landlocked. In fact it has a huge coastline along the Gulf of Mexico.

Po-boy sandwich.
Make a cajun batter and fry them. Make your own tartar sauce bymixing chopped caperberries, half a lemon's juice +zest, and half a minced onion into some mayo. Buy a hoagie roll and toast it (brush with garlic butter first). Slice up some red onions and tomatoes. Build it, squeeze the rest of the lemon oger the shrimp before you put the top on. Serve with a side of fried ocrkra with a hot sauce/mayo blend.

shrimp cakes

Love that place. Reminded me I need to go after work today.

I only eat free range non-GMO grain-fed shrimps

I don't have grits, but thank you. Good idea.
I also don't have any of these, and I can't leave b/c my cousin is coming within the next hour to pick up our kayak, and nothing is close enough to make it back in time.
What everyone else said. There's water just about everywhere.
