i was originally planning to sautee them with butter in a cast iron skillet, but then i realized the skillet was still dirty with a steak residue from last night, so i decided to make sashimi, then i got really hungry after paring them so i just poored soy sauce on them and basically just wolfed them down at the counter, then i remembered something something nematodes from biology class and whelp here we are
so far i haven't died yet but ive made myself pretty nausous from worrying
also i ended up cleaning out the skillet anyway and frying the skins like fish chiccarones but they kind of look gross and yeah like i said waves of nausea
