Intolerance to food has become super prevelant due to our shitty diets over the last few decades. People so genuinely feel better after cutting out gluten even without coeliac's. Also it's become super trendy to be gluten free, it's definitely a combination of the two

The problem with your argument is that raw milk is legally available for human consumption in all but 26 states, even Commiefornia. In other states it's available through underground cow shares, or by saying it is for pet food. Raw milk is available in the majority of the US.
