But then you might experience pain of another kind. Your call.
There was this one time I had constipation so bad and I end up getting a migraine too. I was in so much pain that I bent down into a position like I was trying to suck my own dick so that I can mentally combine the two pains into one so I can manage it better. Pic related is pretty much what I did. It actually helped.
