This was a call lads, i know it aint /sp/ but be a sport/

I went today, it was pretty good. Got cod and chips. The batter was light and had a good crunch, and the fish had a great texture and was nice and fresh. The fries were a little greasy but very tasty after drowning them in malt vinegar. It came with coleslaw, which was a little sweeter than I like but had enough of a tang that it went nicely with the fish. They also had homemade tartar sauce which was really excellent. I'm looking forward to trying some different sides next time I go, apparently their brussels sprout bubble-and-squeak is very tasty.
