Prepare to be blown away Anons.
This is a recipe i literally just invented today.
Ingredients.
2 Flour supermarket tortilla warps.
2 decent sized slices of Spam ™
2 slices of 'merican (processed) cheese.
Grated cheese (i have cheddar).
Whatever hot sauce you have.
Start by griddling your Spam.
Griddle pan gives nice lines which make it look pro.
If your pan is dirty, no matter this just adds to the flavours.
Pro Ck's call that seasoning Anons.
Whilst this is happening, slice up your 'merican cheese in to strips.
This will allow you to get a more even distribution later on.
I forgot to mention, the green things you can see, those are some Jalapenos i diced, for the heat Anons.

Now your Spam ™ is done, remove it and slice it in to strips.

Heat up a frying pan then lower the heat a bit then begin to warm up your tortilla wrap.
This is when it gets creative Anons.
This is when you top the tortilla with your cheeses, griddled Spam ™, sliced jalapeons and the hot sauce.
The trick here is to get as even a distribution as possible.
That way you get a bit of everything in every mouthful.
Which is what you want Anons.
Place your other tortilla over the top and then wait for 3 or 4 minutes.
Maybe prod it about around the sides with a utensil to make sure it moves around nicely and will be easy to flip.

You should be seeing a tiny bit of steam / smoke coming out of the sides now, maybe 3/ 4 minutes in and maybe if you put your ear close you can hear the cheese bubbling.

Growing up a poor spic (and still am) we ate a lot of spam growing up because it used to be cheap. Haven't eaten the stuff since leaving home. I want to give it another try though, but can't find any recipe appetizing other than spam and pineapple.
Any anons know of any good dishes the utilize spam that have quality?
I don't want the typical carbs/meat/cheese combo. That's not meant as jab at OP cause I'm sure his meal can be made and will be good. I just want to see if spam has more potential than, well, being spam.

i ate them a lot hawaii style. there was a rice bowl variety and also the musubis.

Nothing wrong with Spam, just got to cook it.
I cut the spam in pieces, fry it, add teriyaki sauce and roasted sesame seeds. Put it on rice and eat with cress and salad.
Might try this but with halloumi instead of spam?
