Minestrone

my dawg canuck

I like to make an "evolving" soup that lasts for a few weeks. I start by boiling strew meat and spices into a pot, and then add whatever I have on-hand. That's the first iteration of the soup. Then I put the leftover soup in the fridge.

When I heat the soup up again, I add in more broth and spices and whatever else I have on-hand - leftovers, vegetables that are getting old, grains/beans that were on sale, etc.

Then the process just repeats over and over until the soup gets completely eaten, and I start a new one. It has a really interesting flavor toward the end; lots of different hints and traces of things underneath the main ingredients.

Boil some water and dump a bunch of foodstuffs in it... Enjoying your poorfag food guys?

Top Five:
>Feijoada
>Gumbo
>Lentil Soup
>Green curry
>Ramen

Feijoada is god tier for me cuz my mom used to make it all the time

Also a good lentil soup with Indian spices is one of my favorite recipes to make

>feijoada
>gumbo
>curry
>soup
All stews. Curry is sometimes not even a stew, just whatever in heavily-spiced braising liquid.

Personally, split pea and ham. I end up eating a lot of thom ka and wonton soup, because they reheat great and no Chinese place near me has decent hot and sour soup.

Soup, stew, same shit. It's all just watered down food anyway

Wonton

Peanut soup or potato soup

Sasuage and Lentil

this is a good macaco

"Skābeņu Zupa"

Latvian dish, might not look the most appetizing instantly, but taste is superb. By far my favorite soup of all time.
