i have never cooled in my entire life and im currently in a situation where that needs to start happening

i have there ingredients

>rice (about 2 cups)
>stir fry (diced tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, onion and garlic) 450g
>chicken stirloin (400g)
>tomato paste or boulion (700g)

what would be the best way to cook all this?

i will post pictures with every step
please help me out here

Rice pilaf with the sofrito and rice. Chicken tendies with the "striloin"?

put a cup of rice and 2 and a half cups of water in it
set the stove to 8
let it boil while stirring to make sure it does not stick to the bottom

take a paper plate
put the chicken on the plate
put in microwave 8 minutes

not putting paper or metal in a microwave ever again

when that happens put the rice in the pan with the stirfry and put the pan on heat again

stir it for another 2-3 minutes and then take it out of the pan and wipe the pan with a paper towel

dice the chicken into small cubes
add a bit of oil to the pan 1 teaspoon
put the diced chiken in and stir until it turns brown
when that happens put the pilaf in with the chicken and stir for another 4-5 minutes

taste it before taking it out
you will probably need to add more salt

if it gets too dry add a quarter cup of water and a little bit of tomato paste

be careful tho
if you add the tomato paste you will need yo add more salt

chicken is still defrosting in the sun

as i suspected the pilaf did get a bit dry so i added a bit of water

and here it is

added a bit more paprika, salt and pepper

came out very good
