I don't speak moon runes.

Old mama's Crispy chilli

Or something like that.

I like the crunchy type eating it just by itself is decent enough

Too dominant for my liking.
Probably OK if you are only getting shitty Chinese peasant food to begin with

I started putting this stuff in stir fry. Shit is so good. Mix in some chili garlic sauce and it's perfect.
I've seen it in a few different jars at the local Asian market I go to. One has a green label and the other is just red. Not sure what the difference is because I can't read anything on it but they look the same.

The green ones garbage honestly.

I wont buy it because the asshole put a selfie on the bottle.
If a bottle has a picture, it should reflect whats inside.
Not some pompous dickhead who says "look at me!" xD "I'm a huge faggot!"
That qualifies as a pass. Nope. Sorry dude, I'm not buying your selfie signature bottle'o'shit. Also, what the fuck is it? Speak English, like the rest of the civilized world.

While I usually agree, when the person on the bottle is an average-at-best elderly Chinese woman, I actually respect the product more for using her of all people.

Lao Gan Ma

No fucking duh. What do you think green means? Less sodium ffs.

Am I supposed to cook with this? I threw it on top of my rice and in my ramen after they were cooked and didn't like it. Weird flavor and made me queasy both times. Am I being memed? Do I need to stir fry it?

They have some info on the site:

en.laoganma.com.cn/

Yes you need to stir fry it. It's not meant to be eaten raw or as a condiment. China has a different kind of chilli oil for that.

Lao gan ma is the shit btw. I bought 8 bottles last time I was at the Asian mart

Ahhh I figured. Ok I will stir fry it next time thanks user.

The spicy chilli crisp isn't supposed to be put on top of rice?

dude the bottle is clear glass, you can literally see what is inside, why does the label need a picture of what's in it?

retardism?
this

jesus, look at these retards, i'm gonna check the local asian market later

What one was that?

Chilli in oil?
The crispy one?

Also what do they mean with like the hot chili oil in Vietcong and Chink restaurants?

They seem like people whose opinion are worthless.

The chili chicken one is god tier.

Problem with many asian import products is that information on how to use them is actually hard to find. Sometimes I even wondered if any real asian person actually uses them or if it's just one big global, magnificently terrific food ruse if nobody knows what to do with things.

Number 3 is my favourite

You can use the crispy chilli on pretty much anything.

Love it on rice.

Also you can look up recipes online.

>you can use X on everything
brilliant based chinese they are!

Oh God I go through so much of this stuff. Anyone know a way to buy it in bulk or at least bigger sizes? I swear I finish one every fortnight

???
I've always eaten it without cooking it

I like it with fried noodles

the chili pork flakes were awesome, but they stopped producing them I guess

I think 730 grams is the biggest pot

how spicy is this? I can't handle too much, but I like flavor.

Why do people keep calling it 'crispy', isn't it a sauce?

it's about as hot or a bit hotter than tabasco

no it's just oily, with crispy hot bits.

can I use this as sauce for stir fry?

Yes.

bump

(you)

good taste my friend, this is indeed the best one

because Asian people don't bother putting the instructions on the internet in english. it's like writing instructions for how to use tomato sauce, its obvious to us

I like the one with black soybeans the most

What's the best flavor?
