A thick, sweet, sourdough. Very similar to the taste and texture of except a bit less soft.

This is far too thick and dense, but I'd imagine thin slices of this for a patty melt would be good.

I've never had a kaiser roll that wasn't apparently stale straight out of the oven.

Honourable mention for that one night when you've had about 7 too many.

2/10, not even trying.

Good on paper, but these are almost always stale and have been toasted 2 hours ago. I would be interested to see how a sourdough jack is supposed to taste.
