Broccoli, assorted beans, rice, milk, chicken seeds, taters, flour, cornmeal, honey, sweet onions, and oats are weekly/bi-weekly staples for me.
there are my most frequently purchased items according to my grocery store
Usually every 2-4 weeks, I'll go tonone or two stores to shop. Restock meats/fish if I'm running low or am out of something. Fruits and vegetables. Milk and cheese, if needed.
Much less often, restock herbs and spices, canned goods, baking goods (flour, sugar, etc.), and lastly sauces or condiments.

Chicken thighs
Meat of some kind
Canned tomato
Chicken broth
Usually some shit off the bakery clearance rack
I wrote a program that tracks my commonly used staples and run it before I go to the store. It tells me what and how many I need to buy of my pantry items.

Bullshit. What does it scan the pantry and tell you what's missing? Or does it just assume you consumes certain things over a set period of time?
And how does it track what you commonly use without constant manual input?
It's summer and I belong to a CSA program, so I'm hardly shopping at all. Just eating whatever comes in each week.

Chef boyardi, frozen Celeste pizza, ramen noodles a big box and a few cups sometimes I like being fancy with that shrimp flavour some goya Adobo, a large of totinos scoops and spinach dip for myself, and a few new pairs of socks and underwear cause I can't wash my own laundry
