This. He's obviously a smoker and going for a while in front of the camera is going to do a number if he can't get the good old nicotine rush. Coupled with the fact that his nervous system was damaged by botulism, you're going to see near Parkinsons levels of tremors. No biggie, it's part of his appeal.
