Is Sumac the best all-round spice?

is Sumac the best all-round spice?

For me it is the sumacchicken.

Dunno, but I have a sumac tree in my yard, never thought of using it.

for me it's cayenne
but not a garbage brand like zatarans

no, that would be black pepper

Tumeric master race

I use a ton of cayenne and have been buying McCormicks off of amazon like a pleb. Do you have a recommendation for a superior brand?

spicehouse.com

not at all. too mild. best all-round is black pepper, followed by cayenne. Sumac is good on lamb chops though.

nah. for some food it's nice, but nowhere the best all-round. zatar and tumeric is much better

Paprika and cayenne are god tier spices.

*blocks your path*

they're elementary spices. gateway spices.

sumac is good but i don't think there';s any preeminent spice. context is everything.

>it's an "user dies from consuming poison sumac" episode

underrated post.
good on ya, user :0)

Your're thinking of black pepper.

He who controls the spice, controls the flavour profile.

Sumac and Saffron are both great tracks, but Monosodium Glutamate is the best track overall

For me it's smoked paprika, the best spice

>spicehouse
