to make ramen requires a lot of flour, some time and some patience..enjoy

2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tbs bakingsoda
1 egg
1/2 tps salt

bake the 1tbs of baking soda for 1 hour at 250F.

Meanwhile this is baking you can prepare your broth. Prep your veggies and grab any other ingredients you wish to add to it make it your way

grab a 3/4 cup of warm water...
you will mix the baked bakingsoda to this until its dissolved

add your dry ingredients first
follow it with the egg
and then lastly your bakedsoda water

once thoroughly mixed adding flour as you go transfer the sticky ball of dough to a clean floured work surface

this is part one of the time consumption
Knead, Knead, and Knead some more until you have shaped a smooth round ball.
add flour if needed the density of the dough should be supple to the touch and when lifted conforms to the palm of your hand. wrap in saran wrap for 10 mins til it settles

onething to mention to make the noodles you will need to purchase a pasta maker an inexpensive one can be bought from amazon....amazon.com/dp/B0009U5OSO/ref=twister_B01MY7MM97?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

grab a bowl of flour after attaching your machine to the work surface and slice the dough in to four quaters

...

the bowl of flour will act as a catcher and dust the strand with extra flour as a finish.
before puting your dough through the machine make sure to dust the four quaters of doughballs with extraflour too it helps from the strands sticking together

feed your dough through the lowest setting add flour to the front and back each time till you reach reach the 3rd level of the presser

once done feed it through the pasta strand and dust the strands as you go

finally once all the ramen has been made take a two quart pot of water and douse it with alot of salt til boiling point has been reached

Was all this effort really worth saving $0.10?

little by little grab a small handful of uncooked ramen and settle it in the pot use metal chopsticks if you have it handy or a fork and gently poke and prod the ramen it will be ready in less than a 1 min and 1/2.

That $0.10 ramen is Shit!
It will never compare so yes the effort is worth it

take a large mixing bowl of ice cold water and transfer the ramen to this it will stop the cooking process. Voila homemade ramen

HOW TO MAKE RAMEN
STEP 1. BUY RAMEN MAKER

It's ramen though, it's all shit.

If I was going to spend time making something, and buying a specialized machine to make something, I'd want to have that something be not-ramen.

I'm not heating my house for an hour in the summer to bake baking soda.

WHAT'S THE POINT?

Why are you Anons being so mean to OP? Fucking faggots.
