Your body can't absorb all that protein. Just go vegan and diversify your diet. All organic is where you will feel the best and make the most gains.

Beans and whole wheat are gud. Pretty much no one needs more than 20% of their calories as protein.

It's virtually impossible that you're not getting enough protein through your normal diet unless you're working out real hard or are doing serious manual labor.
