Just had a spicy burrito with extra guac. Really filling.

Lasagna and curry

Cooking not British beans-on-toast cuz we're not British.
Cooked white beans mashed a bit and re-cooked in a combination of Polish "spicy" (lol) ketchup, white wine vinegar and molasses, spread on western-style white bread, topped with chives and shredded mozarella-like cheese and put under the grill until toasty.
Then served with rocket salad on the side.
Will take a pic once plated.

Thought I had more rocket, but I was mistaken. Swapped in a few other fresh greens for some of the rocket.
