pan pizza is nice when cooking at home and you ain't got a hot oven or pizza stone but thin is still possible in a cookie pan and it tastes pretty good if you know what you're doing.

It tasted like horseshit. Not sure if they called it Chicago-style or not but it was pretty gross. Greasy and too "rich" in cheese flavor.

I don't know about Chicago, but Detroit deep dish crust is crunchy on the outside, but the inside is soft and fluffy.

They can't other pizzas can't offer the tons of grease that this masterpiece brings.
