Healthier liquers for evening sipping

Hey 4chins. Looking for a healthy liquer with herbs and shit or really good for you fruit in it that I can sip slowly at night. Kinda balance out the whole booze thing. Whats your recommendation? Sipping on whats in the pic right now.

No herbs or fruit in any liquor is going to balance out the health effects from the alcohol to any meaningful effect.

Might as well walk around your room once as exercise to balance out sitting all day.

Come on man there has to be some antioxidants or other herb power bullshit that makes a liquor good for you if you only drink 1 or 2 lowballs of it.

There is no liquor that is good for you. I'm not saying don't drink, but there's no alcohol you can drink that'll be healthier for you than if you had just not drank it. All the evidence for it being good for your heart is correlative, and even those studies don't recommend taking up drinking for health benefits.

CBD does not show up on a piss test if there is no THC present.

No alchohol's going to be "good for you", but if you want something strong with fruit in it, drink brandy. If you want herbs, drink gin.

Your best bet is going to be make something like gin and tonics, and find some quality bitters to change it up.

Big Gin if you're in the PNW is outstanding, The Botanist, Brokers, Hendricks (really mellow gin, no lime with this one), get some good tonic and limes/cucumber and make your drinks.

Quit trying to pretend you're going to offset the alcohol, if that's what you're after, then fucking eat healthier.
