The Holy Trinity
How would that taste if I swapped the ham for mushrooms?
Beans and chorizo.
You'd need something to up the salt levels imo
That pizza is absolutely perfectly round. A perfect circle. Its clearly made by a machine, not that its bad, it just scrams robotic manufactured food. Toppings look good, add shrooms and maybe a bit of onion and you're golden.
I would have sexual relations with this pizza
pepperoni and onion
Fuck off with that Mexican dominoes shit. That's why the wall is being built
When I used to eat pork still: Pepperoni, hot sausage, jalapeno
Now: Anchovies, pineapple, jalapeno
Nah man I made that dough from scratch.
Believe me, I did.
This...actually sounds pretty good
Gabagool

The secret to the best pizza is light sauce.
It's just a generic dough recipe, really.
4 cups bread flour (all purpose works fine in fact I think I used AP for that pizza, but bread flour will give you a better gluten matrix which = more flavor)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 packet yeast
1.5 cups water (110-120 degrees American, this is very important)
Put the water in your mixing bowl along with the yeast, salt, and sugar, let it stand for ~10 minutes or until the yeast starts smelling delicious and bready.
Introduce half of the flour and oil and mix it with your stand mixer (you can use your hands or a spoon or whatever, but it will require a lot of elbow grease and kneading). Keep adding the flour until it's not sticky (you probably won't need to use all of the flour).
Once it's looking nice and pizza doughy, add the ball to a greased bowl and let it stand in a warm area for an hour (I put the oven on its lowest setting and then let it cool down a bit).
Makes enough for 2 pizzas. You can use right away, but it comes out better if you let it refrigerate overnight.
Wa la!
>not a single post mentions kebab
Kys you nasty fat plebs
Red onions
Jalapenos
Pepperoni
Do Americans think pizza is a vegetable because they are calling salami a vegetable?
Best pizza is Pepperoni Mushroom
Second best is BBQ chicken with BBQ sauce applied on top of the cheese, not underneath. Obviously no tomato sauce
what if I replaced the water with a really bitter ipa or miller?
Pepperoni
Pepperoni and Pineapple
Pepperoni with garlic
Pineapples + onions is all you need.
Only one way to find out.
Then everything would be shit. Get your basics right before trying to be hip.
Lots of recipes will work for slim. This one too. Technique is important. I age for at least 2 days. A fresh dough bakes pale white crust. A 3-4 day old fridged dough makes a nice brown crust. Let it rise to room temp, flatten and shape. Don't use a cooked sauce. Its not pasta. Barely warmed crushed tomato and light garlic/herbs. Cook only a tiny bit. No sweetness.
No pizza worth eating comes out of a 350 oven on a pan. Better would be on stone at 400. Best would be on steel at 550+ under a broiler to finish in 3:30 to 4 minutes. Matching browning the top cheese just right and cooking the crust just right is tricky balance of temp, cooking surface, dough thickness and topping.
I am glad to see people actually giving respect to pineapple as a pizza topping.
1): Mushroom
2): Onion
3): Pineapple
4): Ham
5): Olives
Whats your address? im calling the police.
Depends on the style of pizza, but typically pepperoni, italian sausage, bacon, saracen olives, and shredded pepperoncini.
550 on a metal pan works fine for me.
If I ever wanted to get into the Neapolitan game, I would use a grill, not an oven.
Isn't that just pure sodium? I need some moisture in my toppings. Roasted red peppers are creeping up my list.
>pure
Nah, bruv, that's concentrated sodium in the form of meat and pickled/cured veggies and peppers. If I'm gonna eat a pile of melted cheese on top of salty tomatoe sauce and dough, I might as well finish the job with additional sodium and a bigass glass of malk.

anyone who doesn't put onion as the first non meat option is wrong
also people who put boring ass bell peppers instead of banana peppers or hot peppers are also wrong

>artichoke hearts
>garlic
>basil
>anchovies
>onion
>feta cheese
>basil
wow, black olives and bell peppers. what horrible foods. black olives are preserved with ferrous gluconate. iron, taste like metal or blood. green bell peppers are bitter, their main plus is when raw they are crisp. flavor is offputting. oh, and pepperoni sort of ruins the pizza with pig fat and heat. you dont need it. sausage and mushroom are great, esp. linguica. i like feta/kalamata, i like margherita, i like hawaiian, i like pesto, i dont want chicken, cream sauce, jalapenos, salami, chocolate. i like a pizza found in Berkeley, with no sauce, no meat, just cheeses, veggies and olive oil. crust on theirs is perfect (they bake bread and sell cheese, so makes sense)
it doesnt run away, you can eat it raw. its a vegetable.
>implying anything has ever been ruined by pig fat and heat
>black olives are preserved with ferrous gluconate. iron, taste like metal or blood
>he doesn't enjoy the taste of metal and blood
You are not metal enough for this board.
>Pepperoni
>Jalapeño
>Peppers
>Onions
>Pineapple
>Pear
>Olives
>Spinach
>Artichoke
All these things would literally kill me.
And I don't mean the hipster 'I am now a little bit sad woe is me' kill.
I mean the 'internal bleeding if you don't get to the hospital right fucking now you are going to die in agony' kill.
I know it's shit, but I really miss pepperoni.
>cheese, veg, olive oil on bread

It's not a fucking pizza it's just a weird bread disk.
