Who here /moldy bread/?

Gotta keep sprouted wheat bread in the fridge/freezer.

I swear that bread goes moldy as soon as you turn your back on it.

If your bread is getting moldy that only happens if it is in a moist enviornment. Don't put it in a sealed plastic bag or container. That traps moisture and causes mold. Keep it in something that can breathe a little. A wooden breadbox or a brown paper sack is idea.

I suspect sprouted wheat bread has a higher water content than normal bread. It's gonna be a perfect fungal host even if you let it breathe.
