What is your go-to method for seasoning/marinating chicken breast?
Salt
garlic powder.
salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and oregano
salt
any subset of the following: paprika, cumin, coriander, rosemary, thyme, chilli powder, garlic, lemon juice, pepper
massage it in with your hands and let it sit for as long as you can be bothered
adobo seasoning, fresh garlic, and italian dressing
it comes out bland af Idk what I'm doing wrong
Dip it in corn flour and THROW IT WHOLE IN THE FRYING CAULDRON
Depends on the sides/sauce.
I like to use basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, S&P, garlic, and lemon zest for a whole roasted chicken
For a more Mexican/Cuban vibe I tend to go cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic, and a bit of lime zest.
If I'm going for a heavily sauced chicken dish like wings where the chicken is smothered, I just do salt and pepper and let the sauce speak for itself.
Use salt you nigger
the adobo is mostly salt
>all these whities using only salt
I like adding a little dill, does that make me weird
hell no
im a white cis male so nothing
i try to avoid eating that shit. if i have to, i'll eat it in a stir fry or sometimes as a pizza topping. for the stir fry i use sweet red pepper, black pepper, salt and savory.
chicken thighs are better in every way.
salt-pepper-curry powder
salt-pepper-paprika powder
Tumeric powder and salt. This is what it looks like after fried (breasts are all finished)
Even without the butter I would have been able to tell straight away this was Danish.

i just throw some all dressed potato chips on it or whatever and throw it on the foreman
Salt, tyme and olive oil. I like my chicken brest meduim rare.

Pick one or mix any two
holy shit. straight to the trash can
a ton of herbes de provence
Salt, pepper, lime or lemon (whatever I have at home) and if I'm feeling fancy rosemary and garlic.
salt, pepper, garlic and thyme usually
if i got yogurt in the fridge i like to marinade it with yogurt, garlic, and indian spices (cinamon, cumin, koriander, cardamon, paprika)
Salt+paprika+olive oil
It kills the chicken, senpai.
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oyster sauce
Buttermilk with slices of garlic and good ol' salt and pepper. Leave to rest overnight.
You can replace the buttermilk with olive oil too.
Sorry, I don't eat the dry shitty part of the chicken
This only works properly if it's still frozen
