Unless you have a diagnosis of celiac disease there is no such thing as gluten intolerance. She probably just has a shitty diet and exercise habit and that is the source of her cramps and diarrhea.

she definitely has celiac

she diagnosed herself, didn't she?

there's a big fucking difference between saying "is probably gluten intolerant" versus "definitely has celiac"

im on bad mushrooms i dont know why i said probably

if shes ugly try and sneak gluten into her food and kill her :)

no thank you

She can't eat my noodle.

It will be very difficult to eat at restaurants, nearly impossible at Chinese places (most soy sauce has wheat). I tried eating gluten free for a while and had to cook at home, pretty much every meal. The food was wonderful though. I went from processed garbage and semi-regular fast food to an array of meat and veggie dishes, and didn't really find myself missing anything because I was eating better (going off taste) than before.

90%+ of gluten free baked products suck. You need to use ingredients like Xantham gum to mimic gluten's effect on the texture and consistency and the processed food industry hasn't put the work into getting the mixture right.

Most gluten free eaters are fad dieters, but some like my mom have real allergies with real health consequences.

Tamari sauce doesn't have wheat in it. It's almost the same as soy sauce but gluten free. so Asian food is safer but yeah, rice dishes in general is your only choice.

Unless she has celiac disease or diagnosed by a doctor, she's not intolerant.

I thought I was intolerant too after eating one type of bread that made me shit badly. Went to see a gastroenterologist, it was something different. Heck, even his office had a poster that says "If you're not diagnosed as gluten intolerant by your doctor, please do not stop consuming gluten".

Gluten-free trend is a terrible meme overall.

Seriously don't bother if you don't have any real issue with gluten. Like said, most processed gluten-free food is utter garbage that tastes like shit.
I have something different and it's already a pain in the ass when I order food. Sure, nothing beats home cooking in that case but I love food too much for stop eating at restaurants.

Ah yes! What will we do without our precious and intelligent discussion about which family member has gluten intolerance. Obviously these blog posts deserve our full attention!

At the very least it has something to do with food.
Could it have been solved with 2.5 seconds and any search engine? Sure.
Does OP being a faggot warrant zero effort lower-than-/b/ tier posts like , , or ? No.

>Y is probably X intolerant. what does this mean
It means they're an evolutionary failure

this isnt fucking reddit you nigger.
people making useless threads asking stupid questions get mocked and shitposted. if you dont want that then dont waste our time and space on the catalog for your dumb blog post before using google.

>Like (You) said, most processed gluten-free food is utter garbage that tastes like shit.
I said the baked goods are shit and that applies to fancy pants artisan breads as well. Gluten free pasta is not that different from regular pasta, it just tends to be a bit mushier and easier to get stuck together. I've eaten some of my mom's gluten free frozen dinners over the years and they taste about equally shitty as the regular frozen dinners (also a fair number of regular dinners just naturally have no gluten containing ingredients). America's Test Kitchen has some good videos on gluten: youtube.com/watch?v=zDEcvSc2UKA

I should have mentioned this earlier, but Aldi has good gluten free selection.

gonna need them pics, dope fiend

I don't get why you are complaining about gluten free retards so much.

People who actually have coeliac can live more comfortably than before and companies can market it to morons. Everybody wins.

Unless your gf/wife is one of these morons but hey it's Veeky Forums right?
