I've recently started adding twice the amount of garlic in every dish I make. If it's a dish without garlic I add two cloves. If I forget to add any I sprinkle the meal with garlic powder.

I love the "super hot" one. nice garlicky flavor and isn't too hot, despite the label.

Worcestershire sauce + dales + brown sugar + some top tier balsamic vinegar, and then brewed with some bay leaves for 25-40 minutes and removed makes a top tier base/sauce/basting sauce for ribs/sausage/burgers/steaks/etc
