Making seafood paella, senpaiília

Making seafood paella, senpaiília.

Any tips?

Either go paprika or saffron but not both. Bad move.

follow a proven recipe, don't get fucktard drunk beforehand, buy good ingrediants. get drunk then eat.

I'd pair it with a good pinot noir

>can't use chorizo and saffron

are you fucking shitting me?

>chorizo
Disgusting

No, pick one and roll with it for a SEAFOOD paella. That's my advice.

>chorizo
>seafood paella
not even once.

Right now we're looking at mussels, octopus, calamari & shrimp.

Saffron it is.

...

Any other day i'd agree with you but the problem here is that we're working w/ seafood

the chicken is the star of the show...all the seafood bullshit is just tinsel.
its he equivalent of the coffee table book...a talking piece.

>rice>chicken>stock>chorizo>tomatoes> pease>onions and herbs and whatnot> whit wine> salt'n pepper> parsley> seafood bullshit to impress people>

>pease

>whit wine

>Veeky Forums

infat dont. Veeky Forums is terminal now. i wouldn't send my worst enemy there

Fry the shrimp, sautée garlic, red bell peppers, mix in grated/crushed tomatoes, paprika, saffron, put mussels in, throw in fava beans, green beans, rice, pour in stock, add salt to taste, don't stir the rice.

when you think it's done, give it another 5 minutes.

pour some beer in it, mid cooking when not finished the boiling process

They both go in. It is paella canon.

white people invented chorizo, you retard

no fucking chorizo in my paella

Start with rice, and veg stock, chicken stock too.
Sausage and chicken thigh should be added.
At the end, mussels, clams, all seafood should be added.
This isn't a difficult dish.
Paella is simply toasted and cooked rice with a swarm of sausage and other flavorings.

You have literally 0 idea of how to make a paella.
Why all you fucking niggers think it's a fucking rice with things on it?

>infat

if one more person suggests i put in chicken or chorizo i'm gonna scream. ho faré, assholes

chicken goes in paella, you catalan retard

I like sausages and chorizo in my paella. My family is from Asturias.

>when a british person says paella
