Not likely to find it at walmart, but Samyang Hek Buldak is better than Shin Black Label. Honestly though, it depends on the condition of my gut: If I'm feeling raw and having trouble keeping solids down, I'd favor the Shin Ramyun (red or black label), but if I'm either hungry as fuck, or drunk enough that I no longer give a fuck, then it's Samyang 2x all the way.
